When the Universalist Church of America joined with the
Unitarian Church to form the Unitarian Universalist Association in 1961
Evangelical Universalism died on the denominational level.

AT PRESENT THERE ARE NO EXTANT EVANGELICAL UNIVERSALIST DENOMINATIONS. HOWEVER THERE ARE A RISING NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL CONGREGATIONS THROUGHOUT THE USA AND PERHAPS EVEN WORLDWIDE.
